I know you're based in Sydney, Australia but do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We love when our designs make their way around the globe. Remember though that all pricing is displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and HOH is not responsible for any import taxes or other fees that may be imposed by your destination country.

How quickly will I receive my order?
Generally speaking, we try to ensure all orders can be fulfilled next business day. If, in an extremely rare case we're not able to achieve this, we will be in touch. We use both couriers and Australia Post for customer orders and further information regarding estimated delivery times is available on the AusPost website.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard. Cash is also accepted for purchases and pre-arranged pick-ups from our pop-up shop locations.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Yes, it is very safe. The privacy of our customers is extremely important to HOH and all credit card details are securely processed by our third-party payment provider who is PCI DSS compliant - meaning you have the same level of security as you would when shopping in any major retailer within Australia.

I'd like you to come to my market / charity fundraiser / shopping night. Will you do it?
